We had our EC Meeting for February, and this is what is going on!

After lots of discussion about Ehlers' price increase, Hope recommends staying with Ehlers. We are getting the best price.Hope is also almost done finalizing the year's budget. We are doing well and expect to bring in a small profit next year.

We also want to take a moment to recognize Amy Paster's passing. We will make a memorial gift in USAIN's name.

Conference updates include that the Conference Keynote speaker will be Chastity Warren English. More information to follow. Additionally, registration is now open for AgNIC. We are also adding pre-conference, conference, and post-conference; specific activity details online very soon, so please register now!

We have four scholarship recipients, one for each category, and they have all accepted. We have yet to receive any nominations for conference hosting (please consider), and we are still awaiting nominations for elections.

A call has gone out for a volunteer to help update our Action Plan for the next three years. So far, no one has responded. Please consider if you would like an opportunity to help advance USAIN.

Emily A. and Bradley have begun updating our Bylaws and P&R. Please send any suggested changes to them for review before we vote.

The Website Manager position has been approved, and nominations will go out with the elections.

The Annual Report 2025 is in progress and will be done soon.

Communications & Website Committee recommends that Wild Apricot host USAIN's event calendar (https://usain.org/events) instead of Google Calendar.
