The Communications & Website Committee oversees and manages all aspects of USAIN's digital presence. This includes the website, listserv, and other communication channels. The Committee is dedicated to providing accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly information to members and external audiences.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain and update the USAIN website, ensuring content accuracy and quality.
Troubleshoot website issues and assist members with content updates.
Manage website permissions and access to administrative functions.
Monitor website accessibility and usability standards.
Review the website regularly for broken links and incorrect information.
Maintain the USAIN Website Best Practices document.
Collaborate with conference planning co-chairs to develop conference websites and registration systems.
Provide training to members on website content management and maintenance.
Periodically re-evaluate the web hosting agreement in conjunction with the Chair of Communications and President.
Communications:
Facilitate communication with members and external audiences through various channels, including the listserv (USAIN-L).
Explore and implement new communication methods as needed.
