We had our first USAIN EC meeting since our conference. It was good to see new faces and say goodbye to our EC members who have served their time. EC voted and approved Nancy Marshall to serve Gwen Short's remaining time as Director (one year). 

Randa will begining working on the annual report and is waiting on the last of the reports from the committtees/Igs. Conference went very well and the CPC has begun complining the reports from those committees. 

We began the process of assigning board liaisions and had discussions of ways Collection Management and Preservation and Digitial Library groups could collaborate. We have one person who has volunteered to serve as Website Manager. We will still seek additional volunteers to gather interest. Communications/Website committee will be hosting a training before school starts.
