USAIN members come together every two years. The biennial USAIN conference is an important event in the life of our organization.  Each conference offers members and attendees the opportunity to:

  • network with colleagues
  • present and hear papers and posters on topics of interest
  • visit the host institution and learn more about a different region of the country

    USAIN 2026 Biennial Meeting


    Honoring our past, celebrating the present, & Planning our future

    Join us for our biennial conference, held May 31- June 3, 2026 and hosted by the University Libraries at Virginia Tech. Hybrid programming will take place Monday-Wednesday, June 1-3.

    2026 AGNIC Meeting

    honoring our past, celebrating the present, & planning our future

    Please use this form to register for the 2026 AgNIC Meeting, held June 3-4, 2026 and hosted by the University Libraries at Virginia Tech. Hybrid meeting programming will take place on Thursday, June 4.

    Registered attendees of the USAIN conference will be provided with a code for discounted registration. Please ensure you receive this code before registering for the AgNIC meeting.
